CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a £50 deposit to secure your appointment, if you need to cancel within 48hours of your appointment we will hold the £50 so you can use to re schedule your appointment for another time or day. The clinic is a 18 year plus only environment, Meaning no one under the age of 18 years should be in the clinic or having a treatment, I will need to implement this policy to adhere to my insurance and council regulations. If you arrive with a child unfortunately I will have to reschedule your appointment. I have in the past been very relaxed with regards to this but regulations have become enforced which I have to follow. If you look under 25 I will ask for proof of I.d prior to treatment and if you are unable to provide proof I will unfortunately have to re schedule you until you can provide I.d.
